Kozy Techn no 1 from 2018

Radiate – gives a warm welcome to KoZY and his first feature on our progressing music stable.

KoZY is an Italian based artist who has certainly made a presence in recent times with an influx of floor commanding releases that have both been of great quality and unique flair. He produces quite a varied interpretation of modern Techno to Tech House and has been receiving great praise from industry favs.

His releases have previously featured on imprints such as – Funk N Deep – Phunk Trax – Layer 909 – Optium Records and a host of others. He’s very much a modern artist who has a unique ability to turn his hand to most styles of music whilst maintaining dynamic integrity and a sound that could only be him.

The original of Lost Symphony is a shining example of his production finesse with a sophisticated Techno groove that also touches into the areas of progressive house in a very modern way. It’s tough where it needs to be but also infectiously warm.

First of the remixes is by – The Southern – who likewise is very much hot on the radar whilst featuring with labels such as Tronic, Odd Recordings, KD Raw, Pursuit & Prospect. The Southern sound is one, which really epitomizes underground Techno, very deep and intense and with a unique touch. His recent work with such as Hollen and Rob Hes has really taken the techno arena by storm and this is a great continuation of that.

The 2nd remix is by another of Radiates favs in Disscut from Germany. Disscut is a producer with a wealth of experience who really delivers quality output. Once again its techno but often touches into different areas that whilst it can be dark, it’s also very uplifting at the same time. He has a host of releases under his moniker that also includes labels such as 4am, IAMT, NuOn Music, Wasabi Recordings and remixes of artists that include such as Blue Amazon and GuyRo which are still resonating around clubland.
